School Improvement Planning
- School data drives the use of the Teen Success Messaging in schools. TSM can go to all parents in the school or to targeted groups who exhibit more need.
- Following the research from Nancy Hill, PhD which says that the most important factor in academic success for secondary students is effective parent engagement with their teenagers. TSM gives parents communication strategies - both verbal and non-verbal - to promote that success.
- Weekly messages bring parents into the school partnership that increases attendance and decreases tardiness, increases involvement in extra-curricular activities and decreases discipline referrals and prepares teenagers for success after high school.
